Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation are applicable only before the shipping of the item. If the item is shipped from our end, the order cannot be cancelled. However, returns and refunds will be applicable according our return and refund policy.
We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small startup to offer returns and exchanges. Our return policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, with the original amount of the order in form of store credits. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded and will be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased in sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange* it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item on your own, please consider using a traceable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
